Further, we ensure your agent is kept informed throughout the process including advising them when each condition has been met, when settlement is due, when settlement has been completed and any other issues they may need to be aware of concerning your transaction.

 

Finance Providers

We are in regular communication and up-to-date with finance brokers, banks and credit unions throughout Australia.

We maintain contact with your financier through to unconditional approval.  Wise Move works with your financial institution in preparation of mortgage documents.

We follow up to ensure we are on track for your settlement date and liaise with the financial institution to make sure funds are available for settlement.

Our staff also represent you at settlement and notify you when it has been completed.
